Debra has a natural understanding for client services that comes with 20 years of experience working as a Realtor and as a Managing Broker.  She can anticipate clients needs to provide tailored solutions throughout the real estate process.  When working with sellers, she will get the fairest price in the least amount of time, by using state of the art technology, team collaboration and Coldwell Banker Realty's marketing tools. Also, when working with buyers, she will work hard to provide the best information and market data keeping buyers in a strong negotiating position.

Debra understands the emtional aspects of buying and selling a home and will provide personalized service by tailoring the buying or selling process to each client's specific goals, needs and timeline.  She has established relationships with lenders, inspectors and other professionals to facilitate a smooth transaction.

Debra originally lived in New York and moved to Colorado to be near her two sons that relocated here for career opportunities. When not assisting clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and preparing their favorite meals.  She also enjoys the outdoors in Colorado with blue skies and generally dry weather almost 350 days of the year, which allows her to take advantage of walks on the scenic trails.
